Does Rentman work with Xero and Sage?

Yes. Rentman integrates with Xero and can export accounting transactions to Sage.

Can we import bank transactions automatically?

Yes. Bank transactions can be imported with Open Banking or from a CSV file, then reconciled in Rentman. Landlord and contractor payments can be exported as BACS files.

Can landlords see their statements online?

Yes. Statements are available to landlords through their rentman.online portal, alongside their documents and rent history.

Does it handle Irish non-resident landlord tax?

Yes. Rentman automates non-resident tax retention and payments, and produces resident and non-resident tax reports.
