Can you move our data from our current system?

Yes. We can import your data from a copy of your current database or an export to Excel. If neither is possible, your team can fill in our import template instead. Imports can usually be completed within a day, depending on the data provided.

Will Rentman work with our portals and deposit schemes?

Rentman uploads to Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, and works with the TDS, DPS and mydeposits deposit schemes, open banking, DocuSign and RSign, Xero and Sage, and more.

What if we need an integration you do not have?

Because DotGomm develops Rentman in-house, new integrations can be built when agencies need them. Recent examples include Finexer and 3CX. Tell us what you need.

How long will it take our team to learn?

Rentman uses a familiar Microsoft Office-style ribbon, so staff learn it quickly. You can book training sessions with the support team, and the help centre has documentation and training videos.
